Presenting students should pick a slot for their presentation and invite three faculty members to serve in the
committee in the coordination with their supervisors.
Students will have a maximum of 20 minutes allocated to their presentation: 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions.
Therefore, the number of slides should not exceed 15. There will be a 10-minute buffer between the talks.
Students taking the AE590 course should attend at least 60% of the presentations given in addition to their talks.
Students taking the AE690 course should attend all of the presentations given in addition to their talks.
Registered students who fail to give a presentation or achieve satisfactory performance in their talks
will fail the course with an "unsatisfactory" (U) grade.
Presentations will be given in person at the department in Department Seminar Room.
The use of any electronic devices such as mobile phone, personal computer or tablet is
prohibited during others presentation.
